Highly Creative Outdoors: A Sacred Plant Practice

Join Eleni and Leyla for an outdoor practice of creativity, yoga and sacred plants. We will get in touch with our own creative energies through art, music and intentional and optional consumption of cannabis or tea and then will move into a yoga practice. Expect to connect with yourself, the sacred plant and community with some fun surprises along the way. We can't wait <3 Bring the cannabis you would like to consume, a yoga mat, comfortable clothes and anything that inspires your creativity (musical instruments, books, art pieces etc.) This practice will be in Ocean Park as we watch the sun set on the beach.
