Anxiety can be debilitating and overwhelming, however, skills can be learned and practiced to not only cope with anxiety but also to build resilience.  This presentation, led by Mina Yadegar, PsyD, will be an introduction for Asian Jews to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for anxiety, with a focus on skills to be brave in the face of anxiety.  There will be opportunities to practice the skills live with other LUNAR attendees!
