Come celebrate the Summer Solstice in a beautiful, lush community garden with kindred spirits through intentional movement, a seasonal, farm-to-fork feast, accompanying live music, dancing, reflecting, & connecting with others under the setting sun. 🌅
Joyful, instinctual movement will be led by local yoga instructor Nova (@novalives_) 🧘♀️. We will honor our connection to our bodies as we transition through the seasons.
Farm-to-fork feast will be intentionally crafted by Chef Rosemary (@softbutterbutch), featuring fresh produce growing in the community garden and from other local farms. We will honor Mother Earth through plant-based (vegetarian), family-style dishes. In true Solstice fashion, some of the cooking will happen over fire & in the garden’s own clay oven! 🔥(Menu dropping soon)
Live music will be performed by artist Luna Jenn, vocalist from local band The Underlay (@lunajenn.a) 🎶
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate dietary requests beyond vegetarian at this event. Allergens present include gluten, dairy, & tree nuts.
This event is family-friendly! Children under 10 can attend for free, children 10+ please RSVP +1 per child, and are $25/pp.
The garden does not have a restroom on site, however, Strawberry Creek Park has a public restroom, located across the street, 3-5 min walk away.
The community garden is relatively accessible, with flat, dry dirt and maintained grass (unpaved). Assistance can be provided upon request. For the gentle movement session, please bring a yoga mat or blanket. Chair-friendly options are available — feel free to bring a chair if that’s more comfortable for you.
