The southās got something to bake. This time, weāre leaning into our southern location with a Cake Pickinā š
For at least two centuries, the tradition of southern pig pickinsā have brought folks together to celebrate a shared interest and a meal. This will be just like that, minus the pork and with a lot more cake š°! And for those concerned about said traditions, donāt worry, thereās bound to be at least one traditional pig pickinā cake ā a yellow layer cake flavored with pineapple, mandarin š and vanilla pudding ā in the lineup.

Join us on the afternoon of October 6 for the first ever Cake Pickinā! Feel free to bring whatever type of cake or baked goods šŖ you desire (we'd love to see a few savory bakes this time 'round)! We will have signs to note whether a bake contains nuts or other allergens etc. Please bring enough to share with your fellow cake enthusiasts. +1's may contribute a canned good or donation to share food with our extended community in lieu of cake. All skill levels are welcome to join in the cake fun, you can even support a local bakery if you donāt have time to whip up a cake yourself. See you there! š
