Instructions to access our Presidential Suite:
Our Presidential Suite is in the Palazzo Tower, on the 49th floor ( Suite #49836).
Once you arrive at the Palazzo main entrance at level 1. You will go to the middle area of the casino and then continue straight toward the elevator area; you will see the security podium, and from your left, you will see a small Starbucks kiosk.
Once past the security podium, you can access the suite through the Palazzo private express elevator from your left ( floors 37-50). our suite number is 49836, and there is signage in the hallways to direct you.
