Throughout the day, you’ll find opportunities for meditation, movement, and cozy community vibes—all while checking off your to-do list. She brings decades of experience in leadership and development coaching in the fields of education, tech, corporate, and fitness (she is a Crossfit Games semi-finalist herself 💪🏼). Nicky continues to light up through exploring how leadership development in all realms can create the conditions that bring out our best. Authentic Leadership Workshop: This workshop is designed for those who see themselves as leaders and see potential for leveraging their leadership even more effectively. Whether in a position of formal leadership at work or as a member of another community in your life, the opportunities for leadership are everywhere! We'll focus on EI skills that build self-awareness, reflectiveness, harnessing our emotional power, and influencing through role-modeling - across a variety of contexts in your life.
