We’re going over the 3 big lifts - squat, bench, and deadlift and perfecting your form so next time you’re in the gym you can train with confidence! And as a reward for completing the workout, we’re going to wind down with a 💨 sesh 🍃 and some yoga 🧘🏽♀️! No need to BYOW, we got you covered!
