Halloween Costume Swap + Dye Bath Day
Halloween is SO FUN and dressing up is SO FUN but buying things for one time use is not! We all have things in our closets we can spare and share 🖤.

SWAP EVENT
Clothing Guidelines:
- Clothes should be clean (if you don’t have time to wash it, don’t bring it!) and in good condition.
- You can take as many items as you’d like, but please bring no more than five items to swap.
Unclaimed items will be taken to Georgia Ave Thrift or sent to fabric recycling.
DYE DAY
Have a clothing item you would be happy to wear if it only was a different color? We’ll be facilitating a black dye bath for all of your gothic witchy needs!
All Purpose Rit Dye can be used with cottons, wool, nylons, and other natural fibers—if you aren’t sure whether your clothing item will take the dye we’re using, please reach out.
ACCESSIBILITY
- This event is outside in our backyard.
- Steps/stairs access: There are two steps up to use one of the side gates into our yard, the other side has none. To use our bathroom, you will need to go down a set of five stairs into our basement.
- We will have water and bug spray available!
- There will be a variety of seating options but limited shaded areas in our yard.
