We will be selling clothing, jewelry, accessories, books, art supplies and more to help raise funds for local tenants facing eviction! A group of tenants at a building in Columbia Heights have been on rent strike for over one year, fighting for better conditions in their homes. During the last few months we have spent days in court and legal aid offices looking for lawyers to represent them. Our team of organizers is fundraising to help the tenants fight their cases and give them a chance at the dignity that they deserve. Please share this invite and bring your friends!!
