^◡^We are incredibly lucky to have connected with Ashok and Divya Patre of Ratnigiri Estates in the Western Ghats of South India. Ratnigiri Estates are known as one of the premier specialty coffee producers in India, with a focus on innovative processing methods.
They sent us 9 (!!) coffees to sample and share with everyone:

-Yeast Carbonic Natural
We also received two Pink Bourbon EA DECAF coffees from Villa Maria in Colombia that we will be tasting as well. This producer is new to us, so we will be discovering them together.
