Running around all week? Need to stretch, move and flow? Come out on Sunday @5:00pm for a yoga class focused on full body release & mobility.
We’ll begin with a 5-10 min of breath work and warm up, followed by 45 minute all-levels vinyasa flow to unwind and reconnect with your body, ending with 5-10 min cool down & breath work into our favorite meditation Shavasana.
Whether you’re a beginner or experienced yogi, this is a great opportunity to play, stretch, and challenge yourself in a supportive environment.
