Join Thots4Thoughts at ZDS Creative’s multimedia studio Friday, July 12th from 7-10pm for a night of curated conversations on relationship loss, intimacy & connection. Facilitated by Darielle Fernandez (she/they) and ramelcy uribe (she/they). “In a world that fixates on romantic love, but more often than not gives us measly breadcrumbs, objectification, and heartbreak after heartbreak—there are not enough spaces for exploring hope and hopelessness in love! I am Black, Trans, non-passing and dating fucking sucks! I don’t know what consistent and reciprocal love feels like, but I do know what it feels like to be used and fetishized. My heart has been broken by the man I loved and by the world around him. And so, I’m craving grace and community where loss has been.” - Darielle Fernandez We ask that you come to this event with an item of significance for a pre-prepared heartbreak altar & ready to center queer/Black and POC voices.
