Whether it's your first class or you're a seasoned yoga practitioner, this class is for you! Integrating breathwork, fluid movement from posture to posture, and meditation, expect to build heat in this Vinyasa flow style class before winding down with restorative poses and a sound bath to ease you into relaxation. Leave feeling grounded, restored, and empowered for the rest of your day! The floor is matted but Bring Your Own Mat for extra comfort! Event is $20 per person to be paid upon sign-up.
