Flow through a curated vinyasa yoga session with GloFlow, Sound Healing, Massages. Enjoy good food, curated adaptogen fueled Drinks, listen to good music and enjoy making new friends with no pressure while tending to yourself care!
This is a safe and inclusive space for those leaning into wellness to come chill and kick it. Feel free to roam around the venue and relax.
