we’ll each map one meaningful location of nyc from memory, then bring them together into a collective atlas of the city.
no cartography expertise needed - just a memory and a willingness to share!

queenie wu - is a creative technologist & researcher who uses maps to explore how we connect with our surroundings. as a steve jobs archive fellow and former NEW INC member, she brings cartography as a playful tool for neighbors to get to know each other - and themselves - from a new point of view.
evening recess - think of the energy of a jazz night and the chaotic fun of a trivia night at your local bar. a place where you have permission to break, play, and experiment.
