Yoga & Tea for Care
We invite you to join Anahata Collective for "Yoga + Tea for Care” an evening of solidarity with Sudan. This is a space to grieve, to hold, and to soothe—created for everyone, especially for communities and frontline workers deeply impacted by the violence and genocides of the past year, from Palestine to Congo and Sudan. This gathering is part of a series of healing fundraisers, with proceeds from this event going to @darfurwomenaction. Through the wisdom of traditional yogic philosophy, we will flow together, opening our hearts and releasing emotions held within, allowing them to alchemize into healing energy. Afterward, we’ll come together for tea, comfort, and sounds to ground our spirits.
