Visualize the life we want to live, journal and manifest. All while cultivating the deepest relaxation your nervous system has been craving! Yoga Nidra is a guided practice bringing you into a state of deep rest. Entering the hypnagogic - between Wakefulness and sleep allows you process, reset, and relax.
