Join me, DJ KYON, for the second iteration of my Underground Trance Rave series! Unofficial Dreamstate pre-party! This is a Trance Dance Party, with classic trance sounds (from the 1990s and 2000s) infused with new-age uplifting trance sounds. It is melodic, upbeat, euphoric music designed to help you dance, jump, feel good, and connect with others. This is a safe, welcoming space where you can dance and jump freely! Come experience the Magic of Trance music for a 4-hour KYON set. I will be playing 135-140 BPM the entire set, so come early for classic trance - and stay late for the uplifter bangers! I will warm us up with some classic trance tracks then bridge into the uplifting trance sound with a few classics sprinkled in there too. I am also having special guest Obelisk Experiment on lighting duty, so prepare for some good visuals and lighting! Venue info : Secret Location in Lower Haight, SF This is a small venue, we are bringing in the speakers and lighting from elsewhere, and it does not have a bar. So bring your own items, please be responsible, but I do encourage you to do anything that helps you loosen up and move and dance. I encourage sobriety as well. Take your pick! Pick up after yourself please! The venue capacity is 40, so that we can allow enough space inside to dance. We have 50 slots open since I suspect people will come and go over the 5 hour event. Please RSVP with intention, and I'm asking for a small donation ($5-$25, sliding scale) to reserve your spot and help cover venue and equipment costs.
