What: Join us in a 2-hour immersive experience weaving somatic wisdom, Ayurvedic principles, and deep feminine connection through movement, circling, and herbal ritual.

Who this is for: Mothers, mothers-to-be, women, trans and non-binary curious about and/or desiring pregnancy who want to learn about Ayurveda and somatic awareness.
