* If you have a history of psychosis, hallucinations, or “spiritual attacks” hypnotherapy may not be right for you.
*If you have resistance to the possibility of reincarnation.
*or if you have religious trauma that could be triggered by mention of Source or Divine.
Note on Spiritual Aspect:
It’s important you know I will not be inviting in guides, spirits, or speaking/singing in light language, as I respect everyone has a different Spiritual path and these aspects may be out of alignment for some.
I will, however, set the container with the protection of “Divine Light”, use words like “Source” or “Divine.”
But all work in this container is meant to support you in the exploration of *your own* spiritual connection through this subconscious adventure.
A Note on Consent:
Everything we do in the workshop will be consent based. Hypnosis is not “loss of control” - rather its a deepened physical relaxation with increased focus.
You will be in control of your experience, and if you need emotional support, facilitators will be available.
