This 90-minute breathwork experience has three phases. The experience will begin with a brief talk on breath, practicing the breathwork together while seated, and receiving feedback on technique. Next everyone will lie down with an eye-mask on and breathe together in-time to music and drumming, with verbal and hands-on guidance throughout. To conclude, everyone will integrate and meditate to relaxing live instrumentation and songs, and upon arising have the opportunity to share and ask questions if they so wish.
