-Please dress for temperature shifts. Ie. cozy clothing with layer options
-Please bring your own mat and any extra blankets or pillows you’d like to have on hand
-Bring a water bottle and try and refrain from eating anything heavy within 1-2 hours of the session.
We will have snacks and tea available but if you feel called to bring something tasty to share with the group - it would be appreciated :)
