Meet at Pinkerton's for a quick dynamic warm-up before heading out for an easy 3 mile run around Kingston, ending back at Pinkerton's.

This is a community focused run (*not a race!*) - all paces welcome & walking breaks / walkers encouraged! Replenish post-run with delicious pastries and coffee from Pinkerton's (10% discount for runners), and goodies from Glossier, Magna, Bobo's, and One Trick Pony.
