Hi cuties! We are so excited for the first journal club meeting of the year! Let’s start 2025 out right! All you need is something to write with, a journal, something to sit on, and anything that will make you feel comfy and cozy. No journaling experience necessary.

This month we’re doing a special polar plunge after the session where we will take a dip in the ocean. If you are going to participate in this, please please please bring warm clothes to change into.  Can’t wait to see you all. Xxx
