In Paige’s sound healing she starts off with a powerful guided meditation to fully drop you in. She uses a speaker and mic to amplify her voice fully enveloping you in sound. Think more of healing concert, where your body will be relaxed and your spirit on a journey, rather than just a regular sound bath. Also included are a wide variety of instruments including a chroma drum, native drums, chimes, shakers, crystal sounds bowls and an ocarina.
