Solstice celebration
Join me for a winter solstice celebration + ceremony. Let’s bring some light to the darkest day of the year! We will have a short yoga practice to bring some warmth into our bodies followed by some solstice rituals, guided writing/journaling, and other surprises. It will be warm, nourishing, delicious. If you can, bring a candle you want to offer for one of the ceremonies. It can be one of the mini ones- anything works! You can take it home after or maybe trade with someone!
