an intimate hangout with a focus on wellness & community building? yes pls! join the sweetie pie angel club for the new moon thurs july 24 at 7:30pm for visualization meditation, breathwork, reiki healing, and bonding. snacks, tea, and pet therapy provided.
breathwork is done lying on a mat. it creates energetic movement, somatic release, and over-oxygenates your brain to the point of initiating a tingly, euphoric, sometimes even a natural psychedelic high, and activates your prefrontal cortex which taps you into clarity and new perspective. these practices feel like being cleaned out, empower you to vibrate your essence out authentically, and opens you to new aligned energy, creativity, and inspiration.
i’ll update if you need a mat depending on how many sign ups we have. feel free to bring along a water bottle, journal, chapstick & any other goodies you like for afterwards. it’s not strictly sober, just intentional.
if you’re a dj you’re also welcome to bring a usb. jacob (unhinged) will spin for some of it, but we’d love you to hop on if you like <3
$15-$30 suggested donation, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. a good chunk of this goes towards sustenance, as well as allows me to continue creating similar offerings.
