Come vibe to the sounds of our live DJ, Preach Jacobs, in our new space in the Koger Center for the Arts. This multi-sensory yoga experience is inclusive of all experience levels. A few yoga mats will be provided, and you can always bring your own if you prefer. New flow, new local artist spotlight, and giveaways each month! Complimentary herbal tea station and refreshments will be available!
