He works across the full range of product engineering and forward-deployed engineering teams, overseeing the deployment architectures for customers worldwide. Akshay also oversees Palantir’s relationship with third-party technology partners and serves as the technical lead for Palantir’s analyst relations function. Prior to joining Palantir, Akshay worked on brain-computer interfaces at Johns Hopkins University. ​Arda Kara: Arda led the development of Palantir’s civilian product suite from inception to IPO, forming partnerships across energy, manufacturing, media, insurance, and healthcare. Previously, he was the cofounder and CEO of a consumer software startup that became Palantir’s first acquisition. Born and raised in Turkey, he holds a BS and MS in Computer Science from Stanford, with concentrations in AI and HCI. Cobi Blumenfeld-Gatz: Cobi is the CEO & Cofounder of Chapter, the leading Medicare and retirement navigation platform. Chapter partners with the country's leading institutions to provide the only unbiased Medicare guidance in America. Prior to Chapter, Cobi worked on the US Government team at Palantir for 7 years. He holds undergraduate degrees from Wharton and Penn and a graduate degree from Cambridge, where he studied as a Thouron Scholar. ​Barry McCardel: ​Barry is the CEO and co-founder of Hex, the world's most popular platform for collaborative data analysis. Prior to Hex, Barry led deployment and product teams at Palantir, working on solutions to data problems all over the world. He was then at TrialSpark/Formation, where he helped stand up their clinical trial platform. He has a B.S. from Northwestern University, where he focused on network science. ​Shreya Murthy: Shreya is Cofounder & CEO of Partiful, the social events platform for Gen Z. Featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, The Atlantic, USA Today, and more, Partiful has become the default way that young people plan their social lives and make friends. Shreya was previously Head of Product Deployment at ASAPP, an enterprise AI startup. Prior to that, she was an Enterprise Lead and Business Operations & Strategy Lead at Palantir, helping to scale the company's private sector business during its period of hypergrowth. She studied Political Theory at Princeton. Aditya Agarwal: Aditya Agarwal is a Partner with the SPC Fund. He was the CTO and VP of Engineering at Dropbox where he scaled the engineering team from 25 to 1000. Before Dropbox, Aditya co-founded Cove—a company that was building modern collaboration software. Prior to Cove, Aditya was one of Facebook’s first engineers. He helped build the first versions of key products like Search, NewsFeed and Messenger. He then became Facebook’s first director of Product Engineering, overseeing engineering for products like NewsFeed, Profile, Groups and Events. Aditya served on the boards of FlipKart—India’s leading e-commerce company, Carnegie Mellon’s School of Computer Science, and the Anita Borg Institute. He is also an active investor and advisor to Silicon Valley startups. In his spare time, Aditya likes to listen to techno music, read, travel and most of all, hang out with his children. Aditya holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
