Live Gumpcast: Dancing with Depression

Join us for a night of deep conversation, music, tea and healing for another live episode of the Gumpcast: Finding Gumption through tough times.
How do we dance with depression? How do we bring out the welcome mat for it as Rumi says, without being afraid of it?
How do we sway with it right and left, shuffle our feet when it pulls the ground from beneath us, and let it lead us sometimes to learn new moves?
If you have ever experienced depression then this one is for you. Join me and my good friend and psych nurse Josh Hardt as we both unravel our experiences with depression and what we have learned from them so far as we continue to dance with our demons.
Live music will be improvised by Volkan Eren and Marc Wagenseil, and tea will be served after.
