Historic preservationist and writer Suzanne Spellen has graciously agreed to come down to Brooklyn from Troy, NY and share her expertise. We'll start by the Grant statue and walk around the neighborhood for just over two hours. 

The ticket prices will cover her tour fee and travel expenses. If we end up with more, we'll use it to buy everyone snacks or coffee! And if the weather is bad and we have to cancel, you'll get your money back!
