2025 is here and especially for us in DC/DMV, now is the time to refocus our intentions and be uplifted going into this year
We'll start with a vision board making session at MLK library in room 401-G from 1:30-2:30pm. Materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own inspiration/magazines too.
A book is required for entry. Bring a book that helped you during a pivotal time or transported you to a different place. If you'd like, include a note to the next reader about why it's special to you.
We'll walk over to the National Portrait Gallery afterwards for their Day of Action. They'll feature social justice orgs and community groups. Tickets are free and required for entry.
