Are you feeling overwhelmed, confused, isolated, frightened, and/or deeply sad about what's happening in Israel & Gaza? Many of us are. Join us for a supportive night of increasing compassion through understanding context. This will be a screening followed by a heart-centered meditation followed by a quiet open mic.
