More about the speakers: Amrapali Gan is an expert at making companies relevant within cultural zeitgeist conversations. Her latest endeavor HOXTON, empowers forward-thinking businesses to expand their influence and achieve their goals. She also Strategic Partner and growth advisor in social wellness app, Communia. Ami boasts a track record with global rapid-growth companies within disruptor industries - including multiple unicorns. Most recently she was at the helm as CEO of OnlyFans. Ami was part of the team to launch the first Cannabis Cafe in the US. Her background includes Red Bull Media House and a CPG unicorn. She has received several accolades including being named on TIME100Next's Leaders list, GQ Heroes, covered in Fortune, Fast Company, Entrepreneur, Axios, Financial Times, and more. Andrew Kahn is a Managing Partner of Crush Ventures, an early-stage venture firm founded by Crush Music. Crush Music manages iconic pop and rock talent like Miley Cyrus, Green Day, Sia, Lil Nas X, Fall Out Boy and Lorde. At Crush Ventures, Andrew invests in founders building brands and technology that will shape how culture gets created and consumed. Andrew came to Crush from digital content distribution company, Greenfly, where he was on the founding team and led revenue from dollar one through their Series B. Greenfly's AI-powered software is used by major sports, entertainment, media, and political organizations. Prior to Greenfly, Andrew led product partnerships at Ticketmaster. He started his career working for Peter Guber's Mandalay Entertainment. Andrew has an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Jacob Pace is an internet entrepreneur with more than a decade of experience in the creator economy. He is currently the founder and CEO of Pace, a product studio building the next generation creator economy. Previously, Jacob was the founder and CEO of Flighthouse, a leading gen Z media brand with more than 28M followers. Olivia DeRamus is the founder of Communia (the first social media app built specifically for social health) and a passionate advocate for women and marginalized people on the internet. Olivia and Communia have been featured by BBC News, TechCrunch, and more for their work reimagining the digital world for women. Her broader advocacy has been seen in most UK publications, and has impacted British law twice - most recently having spoken at Parliament on non consensual deep fakes prior to the criminalization of creating such content. This event is a part of #TechWeek - a week of events hosted by VCs and startups to bring together the tech ecosystem.
