BREAKDOWN:

DESCRIPTION:
To create and enrich our threads of belonging, we must begin with a deep knowing and acceptance of ourselves.
Our prompt: TO BELONG TO MYSELF. What does it mean to BELONG to myself? What do I believe in? What brings me ease? What do I love? When do I feel most open? What allows me to be in the NOW? What is the moment asking of me? How do I share myself and my heart with others so they too can feel and see me?
We will ARRIVE, invited to warm up however we are called in the space – by self, with another and/or with the space itself. Materials will be surrounding the space to engage with.
~ Opening circle and self care practices– Through meditation, gentle movement and sound, we will explore what it means and feels like to belong to self
~ Authentic relating and movement with sensory exploration– Guided with blindfolds to create cozy connections with ourselves and each other
~ Storytelling and Expression– We will engage with creative materials to discover our stories and the creative ways we feel called to share, each having a chance to be seen and heard in our expression
~ Closing tea and snack circle accompanied with painting we share in together
Please only confirm yes if you will definitely be attending! ❤️
