The Sometimes You Should Be Late book tour is coming to Santa Fe and Garcia Street Books, and the sloth on the cover would be delighted if you joined us.
This won’t be a traditional book talk. Instead, we’ll explore our relationship with time in a world that often tells us faster is better. Through stories from the book and conversation as a community and in small groups, we’ll consider what becomes possible when we make a little more room for presence, connection, and intention.
Whether you’re a rabbit, a sloth, or a little bit of both, we’d love to see you there.
I’m also excited to be joined by Pam Coleman, an executive coach and strategic advisor who helps leaders and organizations across sectors get clear about their mission and values, then take meaningful action aligned with them. She spent 15+ years in public service, including roles in the Obama and Biden White Houses, as Cabinet Secretary under Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham, and on presidential, congressional, and state-level campaigns. Pam and Alex worked together during the Biden Administration. She serves on boards focused on civic engagement, and lives in Santa Fe with her wife, Kay!
