Let's be real. NO ONE actually likes running. Everyone at "run club" is just there to catch some ass. Let's cut to the chase and cut the chase, and instead just sit. We will have some sitting warm ups (squatting, butterfly stretches, etc) and then spend the majority of our time sitting. Potentially a game of musical chairs for the more actively-inclined sitters in our group. This event is open to sitters of all levels, no prior sitting experience required. Please BYOC (bring your own chair). Big Run has manipulated us for far too long. Enough with Run Club, it's time to stop running. We must stand up by sitting down. Whats better than getting up at the a**-crack of dawn and running around in the cold with a bunch of h**** strangers? Turns out almost anything! lets do the same thing sitting.
