Due to the overwhelming response to our first tasting, we’re excited to announce a second session! This one will follow a recorded version of the first event, which will be uploaded to YouTube about 30 minutes after it concludes. Doors open at 12:30 PM—come early to settle in - we’ll start the recorded tasting with James Hoffmann at 1:15. We’ll have a couple of pourovers for purchase till 1:15 PM before the tasting. We’ve prepared 6 stations, 5-6 people per station. This is your chance to explore decaf coffee like never before. We’ll taste La Virgen, a remarkable single-origin coffee from Guadalupe, Huila, Colombia, prepared across multiple decaf processes—Swiss Water®, Ethyl Acetate, and CO2—alongside its original washed version. Each coffee is roasted light to highlight the distinct influence of terroir and decaffeination.
