UPDATE: Just a quick note about the party — as mentioned, it officially starts at 7 PM. If you’d like to come early for drinks and tapas, please arrive from 6 PM onwards (not 5:30 as originally mentioned). The chiringuito owner has adjusted the earliest arrival time to 6 PM!

Thanks to your input on the polls, we’ve settled on 7:00 PM at Chiringuito La Orilla in La Cala del Moral for our Canada Day get-together.
We'll start with some finger food (tapas) and ease into dinner (à la carte), just like last time. Since the restaurant is right on the beach, feel free to arrive early and unwind. La Orilla has sunbeds available, or you can bring your own beach gear if you'd like to enjoy the sand before we gather. If you'd rather skip the beach but still arrive a bit earlier, you're welcome to stop by from 6 PM for a drink on the patio with beautiful sea views—a few of us should already be there.
This time, we’re moving away from the picnic setup, as we agreed at our last meetup. Kids are welcome to play on the beach, and just a short two-minute walk from the chiringuito is Parque Baluma, a lovely free park perfect for little ones. Whether inside or outside, they’re more than welcome to enjoy the space!
Please RSVP with the number of guests. We are coordinating directly with the owner and need accurate numbers. Please only RSVP if you are sure you can attend, and let us know if anything changes.
