🕠5:30–6:30PM - Dirt Girls Collective: Make native wildflower seed bombs and explore how topsoil supports human and planetary health. Discover how local composting systems work, and learn how to make daily choices that support thriving ecosystems.
🕡 6:30–7:30PM - The Human Library: Foster understanding through personal conversation. Participants “borrow” human beings—volunteers who serve as open books—and engage in meaningful dialogue about their lived experiences. Learn more at www.humanlibrary.org.
🕢 7:30–8:30PM - Soil Consciousness with Derek & Lizzie + Live Music from DRT: Hosted by soil maker and musician Derek Richard Thomas (DRT) and artist and transformational facilitator Lizzie Loch, this workshop introduces Soil Consciousness—a way of healing the Earth from the inside out. We’ll explore composting food scraps, old stories, and emotions into fertile ground for growth, meet The Soil Maker, and close with a grounding practice, live music and shared dialogue.
