Sima&Sidu are finally throwing a party!! We invite you to create SCENE 01 with us. Scene? You ask. Think about this - It is Saturday night, you want to party and have a good time. You call your friend and you ask them “Where are you? How is it?” “IT IS A SCENE, bruh!” “Scene” was just so confidently defeating all the other adjectives, descriptors, adverbs and nouns here, that we had no option to put it on a pedestal. It won the very serious competition for party names held in the shared note on the notes app, unanimously in a tough 2 person vote. See, our lives are pure cinema and the scenes are fucking exhilarating, iridescent, sublime, chaotic, magical, revolutionary, infinitely meaningful, mind bogglingly entertaining and borderline miraculous. What a thrill to share time with you, witness your magic, and create the moment with you, ad nauseam. For Scene 01, (which will be the first of many more we hope) we are joined by the iconic Arshia from Discostan. The fact that we get to choose the artist who controls the soundscape for our first scene i.e. our collective big bang moment of entering the event-space-time-something-everything continuum is bonkers, but the choice was so simple that if you imagined the time it takes for a cat to decide whether to chase the goddamn red dot from the laser, it took us roughly the same amount of time to choose Arshia. Like infinitesimal, or just immediate if you just want to take the easy way out. Ok, phew got carried away with the scene setup there for a while, sorry. First time nerves, eeep. But come as you are, and we will YASSSSS AND the improv out of each other. Bring friends, and ALL of the drama. The more main characters, the merrier. We love you and can’t wait to be demolished by your beauty ✨
