Morchella is a newly opened restaurant from Chef Ben Marks of Perilla. The name "Morchella" is derived from the proper name of the morel mushroom. Expect contemporary spins on Mediterranean classics crafted with top-tier ingredients, alongside an extensive old world wine list. On Wednesday May 8th, we'll be trying out Morchella sharing most of the menu as part of our First Look Series! Expect a seasonally changing menu including: - Baked Short Rib with Mushrooms - Mussels served pil pil style - Lamb rib, puntarelle - Radicchio panzanella - Octopus luciana - Salt baked poussins with fermented chilli sauce & pickles - Sicilian Seafood Stew - Blood orange and black olive portokalopita HOW TO JOIN: A £30 deposit is require to confirm your spot!
