About Your Guides:
Iza Louise Ballesteros is a Sound Healing Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, and Meditation Guide. Leading by example, Iza strives to advocate for the importance of prioritizing yourself and cultivating self-awareness to enact radical change. While sharing her passion for mindfulness, holistic health, and well-being, Iza is deeply devoted to her mission of empowering you to embody your most vibrant self so that you can thrive and live with purpose.
Alex Redford Young is a Multi-Instrumentalist Artist, Music Educator, and Sound Healing Mentor. As an avid student of World Music with an emphasis on Classical Hindustani music and percussion studies, Alex is passionate about sharing the power of sound through music. He also has an extensive background in the healing arts working with modalities such as yoga and meditation, massage therapy, pranic energy healing, hematology and nutrition.
