Included with the Mountain Adventure Package: 🎢 Access to Planet Kids Activities: • Sleigh Ride Transport • Kids Tubing (tubes included) • Kids Ski/Snowboard Area • Tube Carousel • Snow Play Area • Magic Carpet • Woodward Start Park ❄️ Access to Tube Town: • Tubes Included 🎿 Kids Rental Equipment: • Ski or Snowboard Rentals • Ski or Snowboard Boots • Helmet • Ski Poles (Ski Package Only) Note: Some activities, such as Tube Town and Planet Kids features, may close for safety reasons. 🗓️ Event Schedule 8:00 AM - Gather at the Masjid 🕌 • Meet at the masjid to start the day together. • Enjoy ☕ coffee and 🍩 doughnuts provided by the masjid. 8:30 AM - Depart from the Masjid 🚗 • The group will leave promptly for Lake Tahoe. • For those not meeting at the masjid, an address for a designated gas station near Lake Tahoe will be shared. • Everyone gathers at the meeting spot near Lake Tahoe to regroup and continue together. 10:30 AM (Approx.) - Arrive at the Sledding Area 🛷 • Once at the sledding area, settle in and prepare for the day’s activities and check in at the resort. 11:00 AM - Activities Begin ⛄️ • Families can enjoy sledding and playing in the snow. • Participate in a Snowman-Building Competition for some fun and creativity! • 📸 Take group and family photos to capture the day. 12:30 PM - Refreshments 🥙☕ • Tarps will be set up for Dhuhr prayer. • Enjoy delicious treats and snacks, including: • 🥟 Samosas • 🍇 Fruit trays • ☕ Hot drinks • 🍪 Snacks 1:00 PM - Continue Enjoying the Snow ❄️ • Spend another hour or two sledding, playing, and relaxing with family and friends. 3:00 PM (Approx.) - Wrap-Up 🎒 • Begin packing up to head home. • Families who wish to stay longer are welcome to do so.
