ᵔᴥᵔ🍗 Hainanese Chicken Rice has always been a symbol of care, gathering, and celebration for me growing up. This one-night pop-up is an homage to the warmth of my maternal grandparents' recipes, in collaboration with the like-minded hospitable team at Easy Lover.
I see myself as a long-time Hainanese Chicken Rice specialist; It's a dish that I think deserves to shine beyond its commonly known Singapore Hawker Centre identity. Dinner's almost ready, see you there.

Jenny Acosta is a Hainanese, Puerto Rican, Irish, New Yorker and unofficial silly goose. A multidisciplinary artist & culinary instructor who explores the meaning of home through the lens of food in her work. She has worked with teams like Sir Kensingtons, Welcome to Chinatown, and Union Square Hospitality Group, and is a former line cook at Bonnie’s Brooklyn. She holds a BFA in Interdisciplinary Sculpture from Maryland Institute College of Art.
