Join us for the first ever ClimateWeek NYC event dedicated to nuclear microreactors! These tiny reactors, small enough to fit in a shipping container, can each power up to five thousand homes—with zero-carbon emissions. The science is proven, but theory will take us only so far. Startups are now racing to demonstrate their first-of-a-kind. Buzz is building. At 7pm, a short presentation will introduce newcomers to key concepts and engage professionals in lively debate. Light food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be available. Views of the highline at sunset are set to stun. Event details: — Presented by Roving Reactor (Steve Moore) and co-hosted by documentary filmmaker Jared Hoffman — Held at “Xposed on the Highline”, a private residence and non-commercial art gallery. — Photographers present; attendance implies consent to being photographed/recorded — RSVP required for entry. The Microreactor Salon unites artists, engineers, developers, investors, policy-makers, activists and researchers to offer insights and foster new connections. Please join us for the first-ever Microreactor Salon!
