We’re back with the second edition of our seasonal grounded gathering - this time for the Autumn Equinox! Join for a relaxing & rejuvenating evening to connect with the earth + our bodies + each other! 💫 One of my dear friends who lives across the globe will be there - which is extra special💛
4:30pm - arrive and settle in
4:45pm - meditation / movement
5:15pm - reflection time
6:00pm - seasonal dream-casting
6:30 pm - special closing moment and feel free to hang after and enjoy the sunset 🌅
Light munchies/doodling materials provided but please bring :
- 💦water
- 📝 notebook/pen
- ⛳️mat/picnic blanket/towel to use for yoga
Completely optional donation of $5 to help cover the cost of food/materials if you are able but totally okay if not. All are welcome !
