• Yoga mats or towel
• Dress comfy if possible
• You can get hot or cold during Breathwork, so a blanket of you would like.
• No heavy meal before; light is ok. (You will be hungry after) •
• No water about an hour before
• Anything to make you cozy
• Water for after you breathe (you won’t want to during the Breathwork)
•Journal and Pen
Come with a personal intention to focus on and an open mind and heart :)
We will promptly END at 7pm to prepare for our Staff Meeting for Part 2 Training.
