Winter’s Sonic Bloom

Winter offers a perfect slowing—a pause that creates space for dreams to take root. Join us for a multisensory experience where we embody winter's essence, suspending time to awaken our deepest dreams. Guided by sound meditation, poetry, and inquiry, we will settle into a state of deep rest and gentle activation to nurture the seeds of our imagination. Together, we will explore questions that call us into creation: * What does this season hold for you? * What story is longing to be written and told through you? * What dream is germinating within, waiting for its time to grow? * How does rest prepare the foundation for what’s to come? This journey invites us to honor winter's invitation to slow down, listen, and imagine. We will emerge with a symbol to carry forward—a reminder of the dreams we are nurturing this winter as we prepare the soil for spring’s eventual bloom. Step into this sacred pause. Rest deeply.
