THE EXHALE A body & nervous-system-led healing experience This is your invitation to stop pushing and release the residue of 2025. To stop holding. To stop carrying what your body is ready to let go of. Through sacred cacao, intentional breath led by Jodi Joy, intuitive movement led by Chelsea, and vibrational sound led by Kelly Angell, you’ll be guided into a body- and nervous-system-led return to yourself Where softness becomes strength and regulation becomes your power. This is a luxury restoration. This is embodied release. This is your breath finding you again. In your body. In your heart. In your peace. In purpose. With a deeper devotion to self-love. This experience is for you if: • Your body is asking for release and regulation • You give a lot and are ready to receive in a deeper way • You want embodied healing Open to men and women. No prior breathwork/somatic experience is required. Come exactly as you are. This experience is powerful on its own - and even more meaningful when shared. You’re welcome to come with a partner, friend, or someone you love. Each person must register individually to honor the integrity of the container. The Setting: This experience takes place at Hummingbird Nest Ranch, a breathtaking sanctuary nestled in nature. The property itself is part of the medicine - expansive, serene, and intentionally designed to support heart opening, presence, and deep restoration. Surrounded by natural beauty, this private estate offers a rare sense of spaciousness, safety, and quiet that allows the body to soften and fully receive. You are not just attending an event -you are being welcomed into a sanctuary. Container Agreement-To create a safe, respectful, and regulated space for all: • This is a substance-free experience (beyond ceremonial cacao) • Participation is always optional — listening to your body is the practice • Rest, pauses, and modifications are welcome at any time • Everything shared or expressed is held in confidentiality • Presence, respect, and self-responsibility are essential This is a body- and nervous-system-led experience. You are not here to push, perform, or fix - only to listen and receive. What to Bring Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, water, and an open heart. You’re welcome to bring an eye mask or journal if that feels supportive. ⸻ Arrival Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and honor the opening of the container. Doors will close shortly after we begin to protect the integrity of the experience.
